How to return a product

Because our products are hygiene-sensitive, we only accept returns for items that are completely sealed and unopened, or if you received a damaged product.
- Submit a return request via the Contact Support form within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order ID and a photo of the product.
- Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.
- Ensure the product is packed securely in its original packaging.
