How to return a product

Because our products are hygiene-sensitive, we only accept returns for items that are completely sealed and unopened, or if you received a damaged product.

  • Submit a return request via the Contact Support form within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your order ID and a photo of the product.
  • Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.
  • Ensure the product is packed securely in its original packaging.
