My payment failed but money was deducted

Don't worry! Payment gateways sometimes experience temporary glitches. If your money was deducted but the order wasn't confirmed, the amount is safe.

  • The gateway will automatically refund the drop transaction to your original payment method.
  • This auto-reversal usually takes 48–72 hours.
  • If you still wish to purchase, please place a new order using the same or a different payment method.
